Earlier this week, SoundCloud’s online service experienced a brief disruption (≤ 15mins), and several of its users responded immediately on Twitter with #PrayForSoundCloud.

In an age when we continue to treat brands like people, this is one of the more comical examples of using a hashtag to spark a conversation, not unlike a newspaper headline.
